MEET COACH ANIAH HOLLOWELL: LEADING THE NEXT CHAPTER OF HUGHES VOLLEYBALL

Hughes STEM High School is excited to welcome Coach Aniah Hollowell as the new Head Volleyball Coach.

A 2019 graduate of Winton Woods High School, Coach Aniah has dedicated her life to the game of volleyball. During her high school career, she was a four-year varsity letter winner, served as team captain for two seasons, and earned Player of the Year honors, establishing herself as a leader both on and off the court.

Following high school, Coach Aniah continued her volleyball career at the collegiate level, competing at the University of Cincinnati Clermont College and Kentucky State University. While at UC Clermont, she was a member of a National Championship team, gaining valuable experience competing at a high level. She later earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Kentucky State University, graduating in 2024.

Although this is Coach Aniah first head coaching position, her lifelong passion for volleyball, commitment to teamwork, and dedication to developing young athletes make her an outstanding addition to the Hughes STEM family.

"I've always had a passion for volleyball, and I'm excited to pour that passion into the Hughes Volleyball Program," Coach Aniah said. "I look forward to helping our student-athletes grow as competitors, teammates, and leaders while building a positive and successful culture."
